About Me
Hi there! My name is Madison Jerominek, owner and operator of Save The Date. I help North Georgia and Western North Carolina couples plan the weddings of their dreams. My job is to take care of all the small details, so that you can enjoy your big day! I am located in Young Harris, GA, which is in close proximity to many beautiful wedding venues. My passion for event planning began when I managed a sports team in high school and I have continued to be excited about coordinating events ever since!

What I Do
Save The Date offers day-of, month-of, and full wedding coordination. I become the point-of -contact for vendors, the wedding party, and your family on your wedding day, so that you don't have to worry about a thing! I handle all of the small details during your wedding, so that you are free to focus on your big day. I make sure things run smoothly during the ceremony and reception, so that you can have the wedding of your dreams!
Services
Day-Of Coordination:
Perfect for the couple who have already planned their wedding, but need help making sure the big day runs smoothly. We take over all of the problem-solving, timeline adherence, and coordination on your wedding day. This frees you up to enjoy yourself without worrying about small details.
Month-Of Coordination:
Perfect for the couple who have most things planned, but need someone to take over some of the stress during the last month before the wedding. This includes vendor communications, coordinating with the wedding party, etc. This allows you to enjoy the lead up to your big day!
Full Coordination:
Perfect for the couple who want help planning their wedding from start to finish. This is my most involved package and takes full advantage of everything I have to offer. I will be with you every step of the way helping to make sure your big day is everything you've dreamt of!

Pricing
We charge $1,000 for our standard day-of wedding planning package.
This covers two meetings prior to your wedding, coordination with your vendors, and day-of coordination for 8 hours.
$700 is due as a deposit at the time of booking. The remaining $300 is due the week of the wedding.
We charge $2,000 for our standard month-of wedding planning package.
This covers four meetings prior to your wedding, coordination with your vendors for 30 days before the wedding, and day-of coordination for 12 hours.
$1,400 is due as a deposit at the time of booking. The remaining $600 is due the week of the wedding.
We charge $8,000 for our standard full-coordination package. This includes 10 consultations, assistance with vendor meetings, full planning services, and full day-of coordination for the entire duration of your wedding.
$5,000 is due as a deposit at the time of booking. The remaining $3,000 is due the week of the wedding.
