Sharing of Timeline with your other vendors and wedding party, so that we are all on the same page

Vendor Referrals if you book me before you've found other vendors

Arrange and Attend Vendor and Venue Appointments to take some of the stress out of the process

Review and Negotiation of vendor and venue contracts

Assistance With Wedding Decision-Making including cake, menu, color scheme, florals, décor, ceremony details, reception activities, etc.

Coordination of Out-of-Town Guests including providing hotel and transportation recommendations

Unlimited Wedding Day Assistance for the entire duration of your wedding

Management of Reception Activities including speeches, games, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.

Distribution of Final Payment to Vendors so that you do not have to remember to do so that day

Set Up of Your Personal Decorations so that you and the wedding party can enjoy getting ready

Pinning of Boutonnieres and Distribution of Bouquets and Corsages so that everyone has them for pictures and walking down the aisle

Coordinating Groups for Photographs so that everyone is in the right location for pictures

Management of Couples Send Off or Exit so that you can focus on your getaway

Packing Up décor, gifts, leftover favors, etc. and ensuring that they are delivered to your designated person(s) or location

Wedding Emergency Kit because it's better to be prepared and not need it than to need it and not be prepared (although it almost always comes in very handy!)
